Richard M. Marsh, Jr. graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1973 with a degree in Liberal Arts. Mr. Marsh then graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1979. He worked for 3 years as a State of Texas parole officer and then for 3 years as a Harris County probation officer before becoming a private attorney.
