About
Richard M. Marsh, Jr. graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1973 with a degree in Liberal Arts. Mr. Marsh then graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1979. He worked for 3 years as a State of Texas parole officer and then for 3 years as a Harris County probation officer before becoming a private attorney. Instead of handing clients off to associates like bigger, impersonal firms, Mr. Marsh will be the person to directly deal with you and all your questions and concerns throughout the handling of your case. Member of the State Bar of Texas, Member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas, 20 years without a single grievance filed by a client.

Our focus is to ensure each client receives the highest level of personal service by treating every client with ultimate respect and aggressively handling each client’s case until conclusion. This is something that you won’t find at the bigger, impersonal law firms.
